Backer Rod Insertion Tool - STANDARD MODEL

• Set foam backer rod in caulk joints quickly, at a consistent depth and without puncturing.
• Adjustable for placing backer rod at any designed depth up to 1" deep.
• Standard model includes 4 insertion wheels of different widths (1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" wide) and 1 tamping blade.
• Replacement wheels available:
  • 640-G02 = 1/8"
  • 640-G03 = 1/4"
  • 640-G04 = 3/8"
  • 640-G05 = 1/2"
  • 640-G18 = Tamp Blade
  • 640-H15 = Thumb Screw
  • 640-G11 = Main frame assembly with washers, pushnuts and 640-H21 1/2" wheels
• For setting rod deeper up to 2" use accessory wheel 640-G20.
