The construction industry has historically struggled to provide properly fitting personal protective equipment (PPE) for women, and with over 1.2 million women working in construction, we believe that women deserve workwear that actually FITS.
Properly fitting women's PPE has significant benefits for safety and productivity. Workers who are satisfied with their gear are more likely to wear it consistently, reducing the risk of injuries. Ill-fitting gear increases the risk of accidents and injuries due to entanglement hazards, mishandling of materials, and compromised head, eye, and hearing protection. Recognizing these challenges, we are dedicated to addressing this critical gap in women's PPE by prioritizing inclusivity, functionality, and fashion to ensure that women can work safely and comfortably in the construction field.
