Del-Val 212 SBS Modified Flashing Cement (Trowel Grade) is a heavy, trowel-consistency cement for flashing and repair work on asphalt roof membranes.
- Heavy trowel-grade consistency with strong elasticity
- Ideal for flashing membranes to parapet walls, curbs, and penetrations
- Repairs shingles, built-up roofs, metal joints, and masonry surfaces
- Cold-applied — spread to about 1/8" thickness with a trowel
- 5-gallon pail for larger repair and flashing jobs
