USES
Ideal for concrete, masonry, gypsum, brick, and metal surfaces, Del-Val 100 serves as an all-purpose utility prime coat in roofing, waterproofing, damp-proofing, and other asphalt coating applications. Avoid use with EPDM, PVC, TPO, or other single-ply membranes.
PREPARATION
Ensure a clean, debris-free surface, free from dirt, dust, oil, or grease, for optimal adhesion.
APPLICATION
Effortlessly apply using a brush, roller, or heavy-duty spray equipment on a clean, dry surface. For optimal results, apply during clear weather conditions with no rain threat for 24 hours. Drying time varies with weather conditions.
COVERAGE
Apply at a rate of approximately 1 gallon per 100 sq. ft., adjusting based on surface absorbency.
CLEANUP DEL-VAL 100 QUICK-DRY ASPHALT PRIMER
Clean tools with Del-Val Orange Cleaner & Degreaser or mineral spirits, following necessary precautions when handling combustible liquids.
